Cynarra, requested subhoods to go with the N-99 forum hood. That is too big to accomplish in time for this pack release dates and hope you will accept these as being a start. With a dialup slow connection and an older computer, am posting the components, as many as could create, for you to assemble into the hoods.
Ustabee has hills and plateus overlooking a beach area that accepts BV vacation lots.

Crooked Finger accepts BV vacation lots along the crooked finger pennisula while other lots enjoy a good view. There is a small road segment hidden away from the main road area for adding a secret lot if used for BV.

Crater Lake is hilly and mountainous terrain that can be used for any hood or subhood where a beach area round a lake is acceptable. It accepts a few BV vacation lots but does not do as well as crooked finger or Ustabee for placing them.

Tired of trying to handle those big hoods, how about some smaller ones?
The lot in the photos is not included, I put it in so you can get an idea of the hood size, that lot is 5x5.
To install -- Unzip and place all the files in your, "\My Documents\EA Games\The Sims 2\SC4Terrains", folder. When you start the game, choose the hood icon to create a custom blank hood, in the list you will see this one as City - South Hillmoor along with its' choices of terrain types.
Compatible with all game expansions
