A hood deco sign for the trailer park, can be seen for miles/kilometers in the hood. lol
New mesh by NightCrawler siminized by CTNutmegger, object created using SimPE with only the base game meshes enabled. I have all expansions and stuff packs installed so I can't say for sure if you need any expansions installed for it to work.
Zip has two signs, one in English and one in Simlish.

Deco Neighborhood Buildings

Description:
14 buildings to create an illusion of a city in your neighborhood. All are built to scale to match with the liveable Sim homes.
All have be edited so they can be placed anywhere on the terrain including home lots.
You can find them in the hood deco catalog under Misc with the Maxis buildings.
*Some of these were available in the R2R pak, but have been redone and added to this set. If you have the older ones please replace them with this newer version

*NOTE*
If you install the AL patch, this building returns, but with the thumb of the AL building (you need to refresh the thumb by Shift-Clicking on it).
The problem is that the building that overwrote it is now missing from the catalog (can you say sloppy coding?).
If you want that new building back I've extracted it and you can now find it in My MediaFire folder (CTN_Maxis_NbhdBuildingAL.zip)
The Apartment Life expansion has overwritten some of the files from previous expansions, the first one I found was the neighborhood condo building. I wanted it back so I've extracted it from the base game and packaged it as a new hood object.
To install, just add to your Downloads folder and you'll find it back in the catalog but with a custom content symbol on it. It hasn't been modified, only repackaged.
