Recolors of the Easy Bay Tree

Description:
I have found out after several trys that recoloring the Maxis bay tree has become a problem with Seasons installed. To make the recolors work without flashing in hood view after season change I ended up cloning the Maxis tree and making a new version. This one won't change with the seasons you have to do it yourself. For this reason the mesh package contains recolors for bare branches and bare branches with snow. Other recolors are in separate packages.
This version is created with SimPE in base game mode to make it all games compatible.

You can place two benches side by side to connect and it will assume many shapes. Works like the Maxis sectional bench and sofa.
*MUST READ __ New modular sofas and benches do not work well with the game so Inge Jones has created a little mod that you must install if they are to work right.
