***UPDATE** This set was not keeping the recolors properly, I've just updated it and fingers crossed it will work correctly this time. The files have the smae names so just overwrite the old ones with the new versions.
Commercial signs in 3 styles, 2 that sit against the wall and one suspended. The Large wall version and the hanging one take their textures from the smaller wall sign. To recolor, just do that one.
These meshes are cloned on a rug* so they will not block the sim's path. They are also made to sit over windows and doors even though you place them at street level.
