Description:
Sometimes you'd rather avoid prying eyes!!
These are recolors of CT_Nutmeggers 1 Tile Art Mesh (included in download) You will have to use the moveon object to put them on windows.
They are backless so if you want them viewable inside the lot you need to put another inside!
I only made them to fit Maxis double hung window because that seems to be the only window approriate for these!!

A large screen for your movie theater, this is a large mesh, and it is a bit higher then the 2nd floor. For this reason you will need a 2nd story if you want it to be below the roof line.

Description:
A lighted marquee for your theater, cloned on a wall lamp with the object raised to second floor level. To place it on a the lot, just attach to a 1st floor wall and it will show up overhead. You can even make a balcony on the 2nd floor behind it and it will appear to be the railing.

Does your hood need a laundermat, if it does here are all the pieces for you to build it.
2 version of the washer, one open and one closed, 2 versions of the dryer, one empty and one animated, you can have your sim turn it on or off. If you want them to sit and watch the clothes rotating in the dryer, hide a tv in it using the moveobjects on cheat.
