Description:
Want a chimney on your roof but not the fireplace? Just pop one of these up on your roof, 2 styles, plain brick or stone and a cupola version in stucco. The smoke is even animated for a more realistic effect. Each zip contains several recolors.
Cloned on a column, they will be found in the Catalog under Build - Columns.

Classic Iron Fence & Gate Set

Description:
3 piece set, contains the fence, works both straight and diagonal, the gate, fully animated, and a decorative driveway gate.
The deco gate is cloned on a screen, it is not a useable gate and is for decoration only. To place it you will probably have to use the, "move_objects on", cheat and/or the, " boolProp snapObjectsToGrid true", cheats. It is only for use as an OPEN gate, if it is placed across the driveway it will block vehicles from entering or exiting.
New meshes by Wotty and CTNutmegger, siminized and warped by CTNutmegger. Objects created using SimPE with only the base game meshes enabled. Should be compatible with all game versions.

A chainlink fence to match Maxis chainlink gate, the fences take their colors from the Maxis gates, (many thanks to Sinuhe for figuring out the linking for fences.) There is also a gate and fence included in the zip without the woven colors on them.
