One of three houses, that are built in the same style, but still are slightly different from each other. Just as houses would be in RL after a couple of generations have lived in them. They will look great placed next to each other along a street in your hood.
2 bedrooms, 2 baths, livingroom, dining area, solarium, connected garage, large yard in the back and much more. This one is completely furnished!
Built with all EP's installed. But if you use the program CleanInstaller, you should have no problems adding it to your game.
Vanilla except for a few of my own walls and floors.
