Description:
This Apartment Condiminium is perfect for families. Taking a Lot that came
with the game, I have extended the lot to become a 3X5 lot accomodating 6 not
4 roomy apartments. There is a distinct pool area and playground.
This is not the exact same as what is offered in POBS. It is even more remodeled.

This is the Bella's Bells lot as modifyed by the lovley schafrym. I loved her re-make so much that I just HAD to add a garden. schafrym generously gave permission to upload this lot for you all to enjoy. For more pictures of the houses go see the original modifyed lot's, I change nothing on the house beyond adding a back door to the new private gardens.

Ocean View Apartments - Remodel and extended

Description:
The Ocean View received a new view, it's the inner court pool and play area. I pushed back one whole set of the apartments to accomodate the inner court and also added 2 1-bedrooms and 2 4-bedrooms.

Description:
I wanted something a little different, with a little class and style and with a 'voice' of its own.... this is what came out. Each of the 2 houses has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a dining room. The attic has been semi converted and is usefull of a multitude of functions. Previous residence have reported that the attic area dosent seem to 'fit' the house somehow, tho the managment says that its nothing to be concerned about!
Rent is $4768 - $4774.

Bella's BellesTownhomes Extended and Remodeled

Description:
Another version of Bella's Belles Townhomes.. Taking the Bella's Belles Townhouses into a 5 X 2 Lot I was able to make the Townhouses wider and making them actual homes instead of 1 bedroom places to live. I also put in a small pool and moved the BBQ area.
