This is a make-over of the Apartment Complex I uploaded for the Christmas Wishes Pack, only this one will actually work as an apartment!
4 units, (3 VERY small, 1 meduim w/ two bedrooms), furnished only with kitchen and bathroom essentials. 3 driveways, pool, BBQ area. Botton 'unit' converted to laundry room which includes counters and fridge for use when BBQing. Includes bathroom for swimmers. :)
