These are decorated more for elders! 1 - 2 bedroom, 2 - 1 bedroom with hobby space (I have an elderly woman in the one with the sewing and potting wheel, an elderly couple in the 2 bedroom - spare room for grandchild :) and an elderly man in the last one who is a novel writer and plays the violin!!) But that's just my vision, they can be whatever you want. There's also a lemon, apple, and orange tree in the back and some garden plots - just something to keep my elders occupied. BUT, I noticed that the landlord will tend to them also.

Description:
This is a Maxis lot that can be found in the new neighborhood Belladonna that came with the expansion pack Apartment Life. I made these changes: all homes are now on the same level, the apartments are no longer separate but joined together (separated onlhy by a wall) giving each apartment a little more room, changed 2 of the apts. to 2 bedrooms and moved the stairs to different spots in each apt. The lot has been zoned for apartments and can be found under specialty lots in game.

These are REAL houses in the UK, trust me I lived there for to many years! They are typical english houses, 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, tiny kitchen and a living dining room. Actually the RL versions of this house is 2 tile's narrower, but due to playability for the sim's I had to modify them by widining them :) All the houses are fully furnished, with the end one ( furthest away from the play park area, and with roses outside) being the one I lived in IRL and is furnished & decorated roughly as it was when I lived there. Remember, if you want to have your sims rent the house's furnished, use 'boolprop testingcheatsenable true' and shift-click on the door for more options, including the ability to rent the house furnished.
